We are delighted to share that DAIOM’s CEO, Saurabh Agrawal, recently participated in the esteemed Infosys Topaz Data for AI Summit 2024, held on 3rd April 2024 in Bangalore.
The summit was addressed by Nandan Nilekani, Co Founder and Chairman of Infosys. Rafee Tarafdar, CTO, Infosys delivered the keynote address on the top 10 AI imperatives 2024 followed by Sunil Shenan’s, SVP & Business Head – Data Analytics & AI, Infosys address on getting enterprise data ready for AI.
The summit focused on the crucial theme of “Getting Enterprise Data Ready for AI” and brought together top industry leaders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business executives.
Saurabh Agrawal shared his insights during the panel discussion on “Powering an AI-first Enterprise,” where he engaged in discussions with distinguished speakers such as Jyoti Gera, Global General Manager – General Imaging and Primary Care Ultrasound, GE HealthCare; Swaminathan Aiyer , Head – Analytics, Data & AI- India & South Asia, AWS; and Radhika Dorairajan, Head of Data and Analytics – Voya India.
Saurabh highlighted how important it is in today’s omnichannel era for brands to interact with customers through a variety of channels, from social media to email to in-store experiences.
The key is to ensure consistency across these touchpoints, creating a seamless brand journey. He also spoke about the use of AI tools to create customized videos, images, and other content, for brands to personalize their outreach at scale. Whereas AI tools can generate massive content in fraction of the usual time, the marketing team’s expertise will lie in brainstorming ideas.
This would free up human creativity for strategic thinking while ensuring a targeted and impactful customer experience.
The panel explored strategies for deploying AI solutions at scale and speed to drive business value, highlighting DAIOM’s commitment to advancing AI technologies and driving innovation in the industry.
The summit also featured keynote addresses, fireside chats, and showcases of AI technologies and solutions, providing a comprehensive platform for industry leaders to collaborate and exchange ideas.
