We’re excited to share about a recent event—From Cart to Doorstep: Crafting Seamless Omnichannel Experiences, which was a Martech+ Certification Workshop hosted by ET Brand Equity!
Conducted over a span of two days, the first day featured a series of insightful sessions, aimed at enhancing participants’ understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies. On the other hand, the second day focused on hands-on certification workshops.
About 50 attendees came together, including industry leaders and participants, to explore fresh ideas in the omnichannel space.
We’re also thrilled to mention that Saurabh Agrawal from DAiOM spoke at the event. He shared valuable insights on Omnichannel Marketing, Sales, Customer Journey & Experience Across Online and Offline along with an approach to an Omnichannel Tech Stack.
Making Omnichannel Work for Everyone: Saurabh Agrawal’s Insights
It is to create a smooth journey for customers, whether they’re shopping online or in a store. There is a distinction between marketing and sales in an omnichannel context and today’s shoppers want everything to work well together, making their experience more enjoyable.
It is equally important to understand the different aspects of sales, marketing & service in this omnichannel world. While all three are super important, they need different approaches to connect with customers effectively.
Businesses can enhance customer experience by ensuring consistency in messaging and service across all platforms. A positive customer experience can lead to increased spending and brand loyalty. When customers have a great experience, they tend to spend more money and keep coming back.
It’s important to have good technology that supports these omnichannel efforts. For example, CRM systems help gather customer information in one place, which makes it easier to give personalized service.
Using Omnichannel strategies can help increase sales, showing how connected marketing can really influence what customers decide to buy.
Wrapping Up
Overall, the insights highlighted how important it is to bring marketing, sales & service together in today’s digital world. According to him, a “One Customer, One Brand, & Customer first Mindset” is the first stepping stone to building a successful Omnichannel brand.
We also want to give a big shoutout to Varun Markande, Devesh Gupta, and the ET BrandEquity team for all their hard work in organizing the workshop. Their teamwork made it possible for industry professionals to come together and learn about these exciting omnichannel strategies!
