Role Description

The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible to drive awareness and marketing for DAIOM’s brand using power content using blogs, videos and articles distributed over social media and PR.

He / She manage social media channels, create social media content, blogs, maintain editorial calendars, customer engagement decks track and analyze metrics, and collaborate with teams to drive social media performance, according to the brand’s growth needs. The Social Media & Content Manager will create blog posts, write articles, and manage the company’s email newsletters, etc.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with the Social Media & Content Manager working at our Gurugram location and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Media, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content writing/editing, digital marketing, or related experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills .
  • Familiarity and strong interest in technical , business writing around digital marketing, internet and business.
  • Extensive experience with major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of Blog writing with focus on SEO.
  • Experience with Canva, Power Point, Video Editing softwares, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Twitter Analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines and work collaboratively with teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Passionate about content marketing and social media trends
