Role Description:
This role will support, produce, and grow the newly launched podcast.
Join us as a Social Media and content Intern and dive deep into the stories that shape India’s omnichannel revolution. You’ll help research, produce, and distribute bold podcast episodes with industry leaders—uncovering how founders, marketers, and brand builders drive success through real experiences and big, original ideas.
You will engage in:
- original research about Indian brands, founders, and experts on topics like omnichannel strategy, SEO, marketing analytics, e-commerce, and more.
- Support the creation of DilSe Omni Talks episodes
- Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and other creators to polish audio, video, and visual assets.
- Distribute podcast and social content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more—experimenting with formats and storytelling approaches to maximize reach and relevance.
- Help capture the spirit of DilSe Omni Talks by thinking like a storyteller, turning the untold stories of India’s brand builders into inspiring content for ambitious founders and marketers.
Internship : 3-6 months
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Very strong social media skills , Savvy with social media content and distribution
- Should have experience creating social media content and managing at least one social media channel.
- Curiosity about how brands build omnichannel success, with interest or experience in areas like digital/omnichannel marketing, e-commerce, and more.
- Comfort with deep research, content writing, and idea generation.
- Familiarity with YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, and social platforms for content distribution.
