The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer lifecycle marketing, including developing and executing retention campaigns, designing and implementing measurement frameworks, and conducting segmentation analyses to drive customer lifetime value.
This is a full time Retention Marketing role with flexible remote work options, located in Gurugram.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in retention marketing or a related field working for ecommerce, retail or d2c brand.
- Experience developing and executing campaigns using Whatsapp, sms, email, push notifications, web notifications and other channels for retention and engagement
- Strong experience with Whatsapp marketing in aisensy , wati , interakt or haptik.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation technologies to implement and monitor campaigns, such as Webengage, Moengage, Clevertap, HubSpot etc.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to measure campaign success and customer behavior
- Knowledge and working experience on whatsapp bots will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present compelling marketing strategies, drive consensus among cross-functional teams, and collaborate effectively with other stakeholders
- Opening is urgent and person can start as early as possible.
